I'll wager a ham sandwich that Obie is back on ESPN tonight and that Glenn 3x5 Geffner is back spewing factoids on the Red Sox Broadcast.
Now, those of you that think that "3x5" is actually 3 feet by 5 feet, referring to LG dimensions, just stop that right now. We are friendly people on this blog.
But I digress. The evidence is that Geffner does not work for Entercom, but is still part of RS Administration. The proof is only circumstantial

The Cleveland Indians in their 2007 Media Guide list Glenn Geffner as "Vice President Communications" for your Boston Red Sox. That's this year, folks.
He is also listed as VP Communications in the 2007 Giants Media Guide

In the olden days, this would be considered a conflict of interest, but the line has been blurred. To be honest, no officer should be broadcasting games, but this is the 21st Century. Who would have thought steroids would be in baseball? Who would have thought we would be paying for water? Who would have thought Glenn Geffner would be butchering broadcasts?

I had to listen to the game on the radio at the end. 3x 5 was talking about Grant Balfour having the Triple Crown of surgeries (Rotator cuff, labrum and tommy john)
